In a bowl add the chicken with all dry ingredients, garlic paste and oil. coating them well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers.

Preheat the Nutricook Steami Air Fryer to 180°C (360°F) for 3 minutes. Place the skewers in a tray. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice golden color.

Mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, hot & sweet chili sauce in a small bowl.

Spread the Bang Bang sauce over the cooked chicken skewers or serve as a dipping sauce on the side.
