    In a pan heat oil add butter. Always add oil before butter (tip).cook until raw smell disappear, add chicken cook for 3-4 minutes.

    Ard ginger garlic paste sautΓ© for 2 minutes add boneless chicken cubes cook until chicken change color.

    Add grind spices, salt and yogurt cook in high flame for 7-8 minutes until water evaporates.

    Add cream and red button chili. Let it cook on low heat for 15 minutes while covered.

    After 15 minutes oil is separate from the gravy. The consistency of the gravy is neither to thick or runny. Add cheese cook for 2 minutes and flame off.

    Garnish with, slice ginger and green chilies.
