Blend all the ingredients together and make a paste.

Add the chicken to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (preferably overnight) to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Preheat your Nutricook on the grill or air fry setting.

Place the marinated chicken pieces on the grill rack in the Nutricook.

Grill the chicken for about 15-20 minutes, turning halfway through until itβs cooked through and has a nice char.

Once cooked, remove the chicken from the Nutricook.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges and your favorite dipping sauce or salad.
