Ingredients: 1 tbsp garlic, chopped; 350 g boiled chicken; 1 cup carrots; 1 piece capsicum; 1 cup cabbages; 0.5 cup spring onions; 1 tbsp black pepper powder; 1 tsp red chili powder; 1 tsp salt; 2 tbsp red chili sauce; 2 tsp soya sauce; 8 rolls sheet; chicken cubes (optional); 4 tbsp oil for cooking; 2 tbsp all purpose flour; water (make a runny paste)
