Elevate any meal with these pink pickled onions. Perfect to add to avocado toast, sandwiches, curries, and even salads.

    Add the vinegar, water, sugar, salt and peppercorn and cloves (if you’re using them ) to a pan and bring to a gentle simmer just until the sugar has dissolved.

    Finely slice your onions and add to an airtight container.

    Pour over the pickling liquor, add the lid and store in the fridge.


Notes

They keep in the fridge for up to a month.
