Cajun Shrimp Lemon Garlic Butter Pasta with White Peach

Marinade the shrimp

Season the shrimp with cajun seasoning, paprika.

Cook the pasta in salt boiling water to AL-Dente or according to package instructions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water. Set aside.

Heat the olive oil on medium heat. Add the shrimps and cook each side for 1 minute. Set aside.

Then, heat the butter over medium heat. Add the shallots and garlic.

Sàuté for 1 minute or until fragrant. Add chili flakes, lemon juice, lemon zest and deglaze with chicken broth.

Next, add in the pasta, cooked shrimp, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Mix until everything is coated with the sauce.

Grate some parmesan cheese, garnish with parsley and chili oil. Enjoy!
