Black Pepper Beef with Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce

The Lee Kum Kee Ready Sauce range is versatile and my go-to to make budget friendly meals.

    Marinate the beef with soy sauce, sesame oil, Chinese Cooking Wine, baking soda, salt, pepper, cornstarch and cooking oil. Set aside for at least 15 minutes.

    Heat 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Add the beef and stir fry the beef until golden brown for 2-3 minutes. Set aside.

    Heat another 1 tbsp of oil over high heat. Add the garlic and ginger. Stir fry for 1 minute or until fragrant.

    Add the onion and bell peppers. Stir fry until the vegetables soften.

    Add Lee Kum Kee Black Pepper Beef sauce to the pan and cook the sauce until it has thickened.

    Add the cooked beef and toss the beef until it is evenly coated with the sauce.

    Serve with hot steamed rice, garnish and enjoy!
