    Shape the mixture into a round patty and place it on a lined baking tray.

    Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken patty is cooked through.

    Toast the English muffin.

    Cook the egg in a silicone mold to get a round shape.

    Assemble: Place the chicken patty on the toasted muffin, add the cooked egg, top with a slice of mozzarella cheese, and finish with ketchup or mayo if desired.
