Heat a dry skillet or frying pan over medium high heat until a splash of water beads and dances across the surface. Add a splash of salsa macha oil or avocado oil and place scallops in pan. Be sure not to crowd the pan! Cook scallops for 1 minute on each side. Remove to a cutting board and slice.

Arrange scallops on warmed tortillas, top with the chunky (nutty) portion of the salsa macha and any other toppings your heart desires.
