    Preheat oven to 325.

    Mix together all of the dry ingredients (first 7) in a bowl and set aside.

    Over medium heat on the stove, whisk & melt together the 4 wet ingredients.

    Pour this into the dry mixture, and immediately stir together until there are no dry looking oats visible.

    Spread this evenly on a lined baking sheet about 1/2 inch thick.

    Bake for ~25 minutes or until edges are brown.

  7. 7

    Bring out to fully cool before breaking into pieces.

  8. 8

    Store in an air tight container.
