A crowd-pleasing orzo salad recipe

    Whisk together first four ingredients as the vinaigrette, cover, and store in fridge.

    Bring broth to a boil and add orzo. Cook for about 10 minutes or until al dente, then drain and place in wide bowl to cool down, stirring frequently.

    While that’s cooling - dice your tomatoes, chop your basil and green onions, and toast your pine nuts.

    Once orzo is cool, add everything in and toss well.

    Serve at room temp or store in the fridge for a week or so!
