Butterball Boneless Turkey Roast Skewers

Slice the Butterball turkey roast into 1 1/2-inch cubes.

In a large bowl, mix olive oil, melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Add turkey cubes and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Thread the marinated turkey cubes onto the skewers. Place the skewers on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the turkey is cooked through and golden brown. The internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

(Optional: if you don’t use parchment, you can broil them for the last few minutes to get nice crispy bits)

Let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with lemon wedges on the side if desired.
