Two Ingredient Homemade Cheese
The perfect pairing for a tomato caprese.

Heat milk until it reaches 120F.

Turn off the heat, stir in vinegar, and cover with a lid.

Allow to rest for 20 minutes.

Scoop out the curds and form them into a rough shaped ball.

Place in whey one more time while it is still hot.

Remove and press with paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Add in seasoning or salt if preferred.

Shape into a ball and place in plastic wrap.

Allow to cool in the fridge and enjoy!
