Beef stew is the ultimate fall comfort food

    Chop up your roast into cubes. Add it to a bowl with flour, w sauce, soy sauce, ap seasoning. Mix it well and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.

    Brown this meat in a pot with neutral oil on medium high, about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat.

    In the same pan add in your onions, celery , carrots and garlic. Allow this to cook 1-2 minutes on medium heat.

    Add in tomato paste and allow to cook down for a few minutes.

    Add in beef broth, rosemary cover. Add back in your beef. Cook this for 2 hours on low or until your beef is tender.

    Add in your potatoes and cook for additional 20-30 minutes until tender.

    Add in your peas allowing them to warm along with fresh parsley. Enjoy!
