Cabbage Soup
Revisiting this oldie but goodie. One of my first videos before I had a clue of how to film a video.

Chop up your celery, carrots, and onions.

Roughly chop your cabbage by cutting into slices and then large chunks.

To a large stock pot add in garlic, onions, carrots, celery and cook on medium low until softened.

Add in cabbage and stir. Cook until lightly wilted, this will allow you more room in your pot to add your other ingredients.

Add in tomatoes, stock and seasonings. Cover and simmer for 45 minutes or until cabbage is soft and translucent.

Garnish with parsley and serve!
