Salisbury Steak Done Right
This is such a great comfort meal to make and is absurdly easy to make.

Combine all patty ingredients in a bowl, and mix. Form into patties I made 6 large ones.

In a pan brown the patties on medium heat for 2 minutes until dark brown on each side. Remove from heat and place on a dish.

In the same pan start by sautéing onion, mushrooms and garlic until golden brown. Add in beef broth and stir the brown bits off the bottom. Add in cornstarch and immediately stir to prevent clumping. Add in w sauce, Dijon and stir. Place beef patties back in a cover. Cook on medium low atleast 15 minutes.
