Lemon Garlic and Dill Salmon
A simple and delicious way to make salmon with a lemon garlic and dill marinade.

Create the marinade by combining olive oil, butter, garlic, dill, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for 60 seconds, stir it and allow to cool.

Baste your salmon in this mixture and broil in the airfryer for about 8 minutes or until it temps. If you don’t have the broil function you can use 370F.

For the rice add in equal parts of rice and water and bring to a boil. Stir it and cover. Turn the heat to low and let cook about 15 minutes until most of the water is evaporated.

Add in your marinade and stir. Allow to finish cooking for a few extra minutes.

Remove your salmon and plate with rice and fresh lemon. Enjoy!
