French Onion Chicken

    Slice your onions in half moons

    Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper

    Brown chicken thighs on medium heat in a skillet for 4-5 minutes each side. Remove from heat.

    In the same pan carmelized your onions on medium low occasionally stirring. This will take a little bit of time.

    Add in some sherry wine and beef broth. Use cornstarch slurry to thicken it and stir. Season with balsamic, w sauce, soy sauce , Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Toss back in your chicken and top with cheese.

    Broil it and keep an eye on it so it does not burn. Serve with rice or potatoes.
