Creamy Dreamy Lasagna Roll Ups

Full recipe below. I had so much fun doing this new series whatever’s in my kitchen! Let me know what you guys think of it! Love using up old ingredients and reducing food waste!

Filling for lasagna rolls

Directions

    Cook your shallot in oil for a couple of minutes until translucent.

  2. 2

    Add in tomato paste and cook for a couple of minutes.

  3. 3

    Add in white wine and allow to reduce and thicken.

  4. 4

    Add in garlic, spices, half and half, butter, chicken broth and Parmesan.

  5. 5

    Blitz with an immersion blender until smooth.

  6. 6

    Mix all the ingredients listed above and spread them across lasagna noodles.

    Add some mozzarella to the filling so when they bake the cheese let’s and they bind together.

    Place a small amount of sauce on a baking dish, on top of that place your roll ups into the dish.

    Cover with foil bake for 20-25 minutes at 400F or until your sure the egg is cooked.

    Top with more mozzarella cheese and broil for a minute or two to brown the cheese.
