Soak cedar planks in a water bath for at least 1 hour.

Combine all glaze ingredients and bring to a boil on medium-high heat.

Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Dry the surface of the cedar planks and place the salmon on them.

Glaze the salmon and set the oven to 425F.

Cook the salmon for 13 minutes or until it reaches 145F.

Serve with fondant potatoes and broccoli.
