    Cover and let it rest while preparing the sauce (10-30mins).

    Dust with flour and cut in pieces using a scissor.

    Cook in salted water until the pasta is floating to the top.

    Sauté 3-4mins.

    Add to the pan.

    Let it simmer, then stir in the cooked pasta with some pasta water.
