The Ultimate Peanut Noodles

Boil chow mein style noodles.

Combine 1spoon chilli paste, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/3 cup water and 1sp oyster sauce, 1sp chilli paste and one spoon peanut butter.

Stir that together and set it aside.

In a separate pan/wok add 2tbslp chilli garlic oil.

Add in one diced onion and cook till slightly translucent.

Then add in you veggies of choice, I added carrots and snow peas.

Once the veggies are sightly cooked (2min), add in you sauce and let that simmer together for 2min.

Then drain and stir in your noodles!

Simmer for another 2min and keep covered!

Then plate it up and enjoy!!
