Creamy Methi Masala Chicken

This creamy Methi Masala Chicken has become one of my favourite easy meals to make and it always impresses!

Ingredients

    Dice your chicken and marinate it with 1 diced clove of garlic, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon chilli powder, and salt to taste.

    Sear that chicken in a pan till golden. Once cooked, remove your chicken from the pan and set it aside in a bowl.

    In that same pan add in one clove of garlic and 3 tablespoons tomato purée. After sautéing for two minutes add in 1 teaspoon of coriander powder and mix that in.

    Then add in one full can of evaporated milk.

    Bring that to a boil and then add in half a cup of peas, bring that to a boil again and add in that chicken that you had set aside.

    Let that all simmer together with 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chilli powder, and 2 teaspoons garam masala.

    Next add in 1 inch of thinly sliced ginger and garnish with two spoons of fenugreek leaves also known as methi leaves.

    Add salt to taste and Finally Enjoy!
