Melt 4tbsp butter in a sauce pan, add in 3 diced cloves of garlic, and 1/2tsp chilli flakes. Once that begins to sauté turn off the heat.

Add in 1tbsp honey, 2tbsp franks hot sauce (or any hot sauce), 1 and 1/2tbsp Gochujang. Mix till it comes together as one sauce.

Mix 1 cup flour, 1/2cup rice flour, 1/2 tsp baking soda, salt to taste, and spices of choice. Then add water to make it a thick batter.

Coat your cauliflower pieces nicely.

Bake at 420 for 20-30min till crisp and golden.

Toss those cauliflower bites into your wing sauce.

Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds and enjoy!
