Add in 3 diced cloves of garlic, 1inch diced ginger, and 1 tsp chili flakes to a pan.

Add in your thinly chopped chicken or protein of choice.

Once the chicken is halfway cooked, add in your veggies of choice.

Add in 1 tbsp red curry paste and 1 can of coconut milk.

Bring to a boil and then add in your noodles.

Garnish with crushed peanuts and cilantro.
