    Dry out excess water from firm tofu, cut into small pieces, and coat with cornstarch.

    Sear tofu in a pan until golden.

  3. 3

    Remove tofu from pan and set aside.

  4. 4

    In the same pan, add oil, diced ginger, garlic, sesame seeds, dry red chilli, soy sauce, and honey.

  5. 5

    Toss tofu back in and add crushed black pepper and salt to taste.

    Garnish with lots of spring onions and enjoy!
