Add oil to a pan, and 3 cloves of finely chopped garlic, 1/2 an inch diced ginger, and 1 tsp of chili flakes.

Add in thawed and cubed chicken pieces.

Add cubed onions and green pepper and saute until chicken is 3⁄4 cooked.

In a bowl combine 1sp peanut butter, 1sp hoisin, 1sp oyster sauce, 2 sp chilli paste, 1⁄4 cup soy sauce, and 1 cup corn starch water.

Add sauce to pan and let simmer.

Garnish with coriander and finally enjoy!
