The perfect comfort food when the weather starts to cool and you’re craving some delicious comfort food

Ingredients

Directions

    Melt some butter in a pan, and then add in 4 cloves of diced garlic, and sauté for 1min.

    Then toss in 1 diced onion and 1/2 diced carrot. After 2min mix in your Protein of choice and sauté till half cooked

    then add in 2 cups stewed tomatoes, and 2 Tbsp wine (optional). Once that starts to simmer add in 1cup cream and let that boil together for 5min

    Next add in 1/4 cup Parmesan, and garnish with salt and pepper

    finally toss in your spaghetti and enjoy!
