Hakka Chilli Tofu

A must try recipe that’s become a family favorite and you can make this same recipe with chicken!

Ingredients

    Chop firm tofu or chicken into bite size pieces and toss in corn flour (coated on all sides).

    Deep fry or air fry till crisp and golden and set that aside.

  3. 3

    In a separate pan add 4 cloves diced garlic, 1 inch chopped ginger, 2 red chillies, and sauté for 1min.

    Then add in 1 tsp sesame seeds and 1/2 sliced onion and sauté for 2-3min.

    Then add in 2 tbsp soy sauce, and 2 tsp honey, and a pinch of crushed pepper.

    Garnish with spring onions and enjoy!
