    In a large bowl, mix together rice, kimchi, gochujang, and sesame oil. Optionally season with soy sauce to taste.

    Using a mold or clean wet hands, form the rice balls with shredded mozzarella in the center.

    Brush lightly with oil and air-fry at 190C for 10 minutes or until golden brown. Alternatively, you can panfry the rice balls in some oil.

    Finally wrap with seaweed and enjoy.
