5-ingredient Handmade Chili Oil Noodles
I use the lazy sauce at least twice a week for noodles and even dumplings!

In a large bowl, mix together flour, salt, and water. Knead until smooth. The dough should be soft but not sticky, adjust accordingly with more water or flour.

Roll the dough into a log and cut into 8 equal pieces. Lightly oil each piece and cover with plastic wrap. Rest the dough for 1 hour.

Lightly oil a rolling pin and your work surface. Roll out each piece of dough and set aside. Add each noodle to boiling water and cook for 60 seconds.

While the noodles are cooking, add chili oil, soy sauce, and black vinegar to a bowl. Then add in your cooked noodles and garnish with sliced cucumbers and scallions. Mix together and enjoy!
