Add egg and milk together in an cup and immersion blend until combined (otherwise just whisk)

Add first portion of flour with other dry ingredients and blend

Add remaining flour and blend (don’t over blend, is good if a bit lumpy) mix in chocolate

Grease pan I like using ghee

On medium heat add 2 spoons of batter and cook

Enjoy! I love this with coconut yoghurt & maple syrup
