    Combine hot chocolate powder with a tbsp water in a small ramekin.

    Mix to form a paste to prevent lumps. Continue to add tbsps of water at a time until it reaches pourable consistency.

    Fill a glass with ice, add the espresso, the hot chocolate mix & milk.

    Add extra cold foamed milk on top.


Notes

To substitute hot chocolate powder you can use unsweetened cocoa mixed with sugar/ maple syrup/ honey / sweetener etc
