Biscoff Lava Cake

Name: Biscoff Lava Cake
Ingredients: 0.5 tbsp granulated sweetener (I used erythritol, you can use sugar if you prefer); concentrated sweetener drops (taste & adjust, I recommend @delitedashfood liquid sweetener or @myprotein flav drops); 2.5 tbsp milk of choice; 10 g Biscoff spread or peanut butter; 6 g cocoa powder; 15 g flour; 0.25 tsp baking powder; salt (pinch)

The texture is in between cake & brownie and I cannot get enough

Combine all the dry ingredients together in a small bowl.

Add the milk & sweetener

Combine to form a batter

Spray a ramekin with oil & dust over the oil with cocoa powder (this is optional; it just helps to prevent sticking)

Pour in half the mixture. Add the Biscoff and pour over the remaining mixture.

Microwave for 45 seconds
