    Combine the melted butter, maple syrup & vanilla

    Sift and combine the flour, cocoa powder, erythritol, bicarb & salt

  3. 3

    Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture

  4. 4

    Form a dough, using your hands

    Roll out the dough as thinly as possible

  6. 6

    Cut the dough into circular shapes using a cookie cutter or the rim of a glass

  7. 7

    Place 5g of Biscoff spread in the centre of five of the circles and then place another circle on top to cover

  8. 8

    Crimp the edges with a fork to seal

  9. 9

    Bake in preheated airfryer at 160C for 8 minutes

  10. 10

    Allow them to cool completely before icing (they will harden as they cool)

  11. 11

    Mix the icing ingredients together

Recipe make 5 cookies (using a 3 inch diameter cookie cutter)
