Crush the weetbix

In a small bowl, combine the protein powder and water

Add the protein mixture

Combine the yoghurt, sweetener & 20g jam
- 5
Add the yoghurt on top of the weetbix mixture

Add the remaining jam & choc chips on top
- 7
Leave in the fridge overnight or eat it straight away
Notes
You can use a vegan protein but you’ll need to add more liquid as vegan proteins soak up a lot more liquid than whey proteins. If you use a non fat Greek yoghurt the calories will be lower and the protein higher.
