Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Add the milk (use a measuring spoon for this).

Spray a non stick pan with cooking oil.

Allow the pan to heat up relatively high before adding the batter.

Turn the heat to low and allow to cook slowly before flipping.

Do not over cook it to avoid it becoming dry.
