Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

Add the milk (use a measuring spoon for this).

Mix until smooth (the batter should be thick but spreadable).

Spray a non stick pan with cooking oil.

Allow the pan to heat up before adding the batter.

Add the blueberries.

Flip & repeat.

Do not over cook to avoid them becoming dry.
