    Combine the dry ingredients in a small bowl.

    Add the milk (use a measuring spoon for this).

    Mix until smooth (the batter should be thick but spreadable).

    Spray a non stick pan with cooking oil.

  5. 5

    Allow the pan to heat up before adding the batter.

    Add the blueberries.

  7. 7

    Flip & repeat.

  8. 8

    Do not over cook to avoid them becoming dry.


Notes

ICING: 20g Greek yoghurt, 1.5 tbsp powdered erythritol (or sugar), Milk to thin. Macros: 311 calories, 30g protein, 37.9g carbs, 3.7g fat
