Directions

    In a small bowl, combine the protein powder and cocoa powder.

    Mix in a small amount of the milk until a paste forms and there are no lumps. Gradually add in the rest of the milk.

    Add in the chia seeds & sweetener. Mix and leave over night in the fridge.

    For the yoghurt layer: mix the yoghurt, protein powder, sweetener, and jam.

  5. 5

    Layer the chia pudding in a small glass with the yoghurt mixture.

    Top with extra jam.
