    Sear venison chunks on all sides, then remove.

    Add garlic, Jamaican Curry Blend, coconut milk, soy sauce, sugar, and salt to the pan.

    Simmer until thickened.

    Add seared venison chunks and top with cilantro.

  5. 5

    Transfer to @traegergrills ironwood XL at 300 and braise for 3hrs.

    Add carrots, potatoes, onion, and celery, then cover and cook for another 3hrs.

    Cook until venison chunks are fall apart tender.
