    Brine wings in sugar/salt water for 24hrs.

    Remove and dry wings.

  3. 3

    Coat in olive oil and season with @hardcorecarnivore chili lime.

  4. 4

    Smoke at 225 super smoke on the @traegergrills ironwood 885 for 30min.

  5. 5

    Bump to 350 for 15min.

  6. 6

    Finish off at 475 for about 20min (start timer as soon as you change the temp).
