    Brine wings in sugar/salt water for 24 hours.

    Season with @kindersflavors new buttery buffalo.

    Smoke at 225°F on the @traegergrills ironwood 885 for 35 minutes.

    Bump to 350°F for 15 minutes.

  5. 5

    Spritz with white vinegar to finish at 450°F for 25 minutes.

  6. 6

    Mix ranch with more buttery buffalo and lemon juice.
