Juicy beef brisket has got to be the most iconic bbq meat of them all and rightfully so.

    Season the brisket and get it on the smoker at 225F till you reach an internal of 165F. Spritz with apple juice every hour.

    Once the temp is reached, wrap the brisket in paper or foil and get back on the smoker till an internal of 190F is reached. Now lower the temp to 205 to 215F till an internal of 205F is reached.

    Finally, remove from smoke and place in your oven wrapped still till an internal of 150F is reached.
