    Strain the water from the tuna and mix with 1 egg. Form into balls and roll in breadcrumbs.

    Place the balls in the freezer for about an hour.

    Fry the balls in oil at 300 to 350F until golden brown.

    Mix light mayo, light sour cream, sweet and sour sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika to make the Bang Bang sauce.
