Honey Buffalo Crispy Chicken Low Calorie

I love a good buffalo chicken but it just hits different when you add honey to the mix. I have been working on my self improvement lately and everything has been going smoothly but the last 2 weeks has just been a slow burn. I want to get back to the pace I was losing weight and I’m not sure what exactly I need to change to get there or maybe this is a normal part of the process and I just need to keep on chugging along.

    Dredge your chicken thigh in flour, then egg, then corn flakes. Spray with olive oil and get it in your air fryer at 385F for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add more time if you haven’t reached an internal temperature of 165F.

    In a bowl, mix together 0 calorie hot sauce, 1 tbsp of melted light butter, and 1 tbsp of honey.

    Mix together light sour cream, protein milk, chopped dill, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder.
