Crispy Cajun Honey Chicken
Cajun Hot Honey takes all hot honey to a new place that I wish I knew about earlier. What I love about this recipe is that the skewered chicken can be used for a sandwich, but it also makes it easy to divide the chicken up for meal prep, lately i have been cutting the pounds and meal prep has helped me do that. All these recipes always have left over chicken which I weigh out and throw in containers to eat through the week.

Cube your chicken and place in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp of olive oil, cajun seasoning, and a hot relish like sandwich toppers and mix well.

Give a dredge in egg white and roll in corn flakes.

Spray with olive oil and air fry at 375F for 20 minutes or till an internal of 165F is reached, flipping halfway through.

In a small bowl add honey and cajun seasoning and relish, mix well and brush finished chicken then serve.

Top with light sour cream and fresh dill.
