Delicious, a little sweet and a little tart, perfect condiment for turkey.

    Put all the ingredients into a small pot and set the heat to medium.

    It takes about 20 minutes for the cranberries to burst and the sauce to thicken.

    If it is too thick add a splash of water or juice.

    Taste. Adjust as needed.

    Remove the clementines and cinnamon stick.

    Jeuge it up with a little rum or bourbon and you have a sauce that is great with turkey and great with cheese and crackers.
