    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan with cooking spray or coconut oil.

    In a large bowl, mix the dry ingredients: whole wheat flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

    In a separate bowl, combine the wet ingredients: plain Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, unsweetened applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract.

    Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and blend until just combined.

    Fill the donut pan with the batter, distributing it evenly.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a donut comes out clean.

    While the donuts are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and crushed Oreo cookies until smooth.

    Once the donuts are baked and cooled, dip them into the glaze and sprinkle with additional crushed Oreo cookies.
