    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a muffin tin.

    Whisk butter and sugar. Add eggs, buttermilk, yogurt, oil, maple syrup, and vanilla.

    In another bowl, mix dry ingredients with chocolate chips.

    Combine wet and dry mixtures. Don’t overmix.

    Fill muffin cups. Top with extra chips.

    Bake at 425ºF for 5 minutes, then reduce to 375°F (190°C) and bake 13-15 more minutes.
