    Mix melted butter with crushed biscuits.

    Press into a 14cm square mold. Refrigerate.

    Soak 6g gelatin in 30g water until swollen.

    Mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and vanilla.

    Whip cream and combine with the cream cheese mixture.

    Add gelatin and mix well.

    Divide into two bowls; add melted chocolate to one.

    Pour chocolate mixture into the mold. Refrigerate 20 minutes.

    Add remaining filling. Refrigerate 2 hours.

    Soak 5g gelatin in 30g water. Heat coffee water and dissolve gelatin in it.

    Pour over set cheesecake. Chill until set.
